You can't Dance like me!

Hey just managed to pull out a quick practice animation. I find myself diving deeper and deeper into this artform and I have this feeling like I still don't know exactly what I'm doing. I wanted This blank faced body to do that wormy art thing, or tickin' whatever you call it.

I realized something when I did this that, I could ad that jerky movement that dancers do when they do the robot so I tried it on this stickman guy thing I made

No Flipping Way!

So I did a technique called "rotoscoping" had no idea I did until my teacher informed me that that was what I had done. It was a quick study that ended up being no so quick, check out the capoeira kid flip! (click on the picture to see)

The Bouncing Ball

After reading the amazing Animator's survival Kit Withint just the first chapter I took my hand and tried to make this damn ball bounce, not LOOK like it's bouncing not Draw it bouncing either but MAKE IT BOUNCE! And with the abailites of timing and spacing it had a sense of "believibilty" which is what makes things magical. I felt a sense of innocent power in my heart after watching this ball convincingly bounce.

Action Frames!

Quick Stick figure animation did from boredom on class. The trick was to try and express an anticipation to make the pose seem like a dynamic stance, sort of like Akuma's foot pounding stance.

Just a result of me noticing that there's not inbetween for girls when it comes to valentines day, they either love it or the really hate it. and us guys it's either a panic or big mistake day or an irrelevant day. but lately I seen some girls that reaaaalllly hate the day.
